My room smelled awful. Supposed to be non-smoking but had clearly had some smokers in it. Room key didnt work. Very noisy. Big cobwebs in the corners. They took my soap and shampoo after the first night and didnt replace them. Desk staff was clueless and perpetually confused

フランクフルト中央駅の北口から徒歩1分で目の前が交番と安心できる立地です。 フロントスタッフの中に日本人の方がおられ、英語で相談するより格段に安心感があります。 部屋は豪華さはありませんが、寝泊まりするのに十分です。多少の古さは感じられますが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。

The hote is amazingly great hotel. It is a clasic, small hotel, and design and atomoshpere is fantastic. It is located very close to Frankfurt central statation so it is so convenient to use rail or airport. The staff is frendly and kind and room is clean and confortable. I highly recommend this hotel for specially business trip. Next time when I have business in Frankfurt, I will definatey come back to the hotel!!!

Although the area around the Frankfurt train station is a bit rough, this hotel was impeccably clean and remarkably quiet. I did not eat the breakfast there, but they were happy to give me free coffee. The bed was amazingly comfortable!

We chose Hamburger Hof Hotel because of its close proximity to the main train station. We enjoyed our two nights stay because of its very helpful and gracious staff. Our room was not very big, but it was sufficient and suited our needs very much. I recommend it.

Kleinere Wartungsarbeiten sind notwendig, der Siphon im Bad tropft genauso wie die Dichtung am Wasserkran, Türstopper vielleicht mal checken. Bettleuchte war ausgesteckt - die Ursache musste ich auch erst dafür finden- das Kabel ist im Bettkasten verbaut. Andererseits nettes Team, schönes Frühstück, direkt am Bahnhof und fußläufig zur Messe. Ich würde hier wieder buchen...

A very pleasant and practical place to stay when traveling through Frankfurt. Much nicer than many hotels that are right next to the train station, with pleasant and helpful staff and nice breakfast.

今回、初めて3泊しました。チェックインの際、日本人スタッフが対応してくれ､良い部屋を準備してくれ たのは良かった。部屋は､最上階ので夜間の騒音等無く快適に過ごせた。朝食は満足した。気になる点は、部屋のセイフティボックスと電話の外線が使えなかった。この点を除けば、次回も利用したい。

The room looks like had not been used for a long time, there are dust everywhere on table and bed and pillow. The sink in washroom is bad, water going away slow.

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war sehr gut. Wlan lief einwandfrei. Das Hotel liegt in Sichtweite zum Nebenausgang. Davor ist auch ein Taxistand. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Close to train!
I was only in Frankfurt over night before hopping on another train, but this hotel was perfect. So close to the train, like 4-5 minutes, and was super comfy. The staff was friendly. There was a really good pizza place right around the corner (Pizzeria 7 Bello). I would come back if ever in Frankfurt again.

My room was big and nice. This is not the cheapest hotel around the main train station but sure is a good location. It is about less than 5 mins walk once you are out of the main train station. Super convenience. Unlike other side of the train station, there are less homeless people walk around. It’s pretty easy to walk to the mall close by. If you accidentally rent a car like we did, the easier parking lot will be at the train station. It is not super cheap but it’s safe and convenience. If I remember correctly, it was about Euro15 or Euro17/ day.

This is a hotel that makes the most of the conditions it's in. The area immediately around Frankfurt Central Station is neither beautiful nor comfortable, so consider the hotel room here as an oasis. The room itself is spacious and relaxing and I got a good night's sleep here. Staff were friendly and offered me a coffee on the way out, a pleasant surprise. As for the bathroom, I was disappointed. The shower isn't properly sealed and water will drip out onto the bathroom floor if you're not careful. There was chewing gum stuck to the lid of the garbage can, making me wonder what else isn't clean. Overall, it's a beautiful, if basic hotel that's worth a stay if you just need a place to drop your bags for the night.

This was our first visit to Germany. I was a travel agent for 23years in Canada. I have travelled to many places and seen many hotels. Hamburger Hof is very convenient, across the street from Police station and main train station located centrally. I was surprised by how quiet it was.The hotel was very quaint, clean, and fairly updated for a 3star. A/C worked great! Buffet breakfast was very good. It gave lots of choices for all. The cost was $11.50euro per person. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Catching the train from the airport to our hotel was extremely easy. We purchased a travel card which covers intercity railways. It was very crowded so be prepared. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Our tour was to be late in the afternoon, and we were to check out early. They allowed us to keep our room a little longer as no one was checking in right away. We were gonna take the tram and then change to another one to get to where our tour started. They arranged a taxi, which was much easier, and quicker. I would highly recommend Hamburger Hof to anyone. Thank you for taking care of us Michael😊
