"the room is spacious but the decoration and furnishing is a bit old and outdated. cabinet door don't close well, electric curtain is not operating on one side. I even find a small insect bug on the stool table. and it is 2026 now and the room don't even have a single usb charging port."

"The interior design of this hotel is beautiful, the beds very comfortable I had such a good sleep, it’s nice and quiet. Used the gym which was ok and had a good range of equipment. The breakfast as per other reviews was great! The car park was safe, clean but expensive, think I could have parked for free on the street."

"If you're staying in Frankfurt for a few days, this is a really nice place to stay in a safe area that makes travelling easy. The location is great for accessing public transport, walking to the main shopping area and getting to the old town. There is a large fairly inexpensive multistorey public car park adjacent if you are driving, which is much cheaper than the Westin Grand's own parking. The hotel is large, modern and very clean. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. The room is exactly as represented on the website pictures, and has the facilities you would expect (free guest WiFi, coffee machine, flatscreen TV etc.). I used the gym twice. It has weights equipment, treadmills and indoor bikes as well as a pool with sauna and steam room. I can't comment on the food provision. If I were in Frankfurt again, I would definitely stay her again."

"The hotel was clean, new, modern and stylish. Check in was easy - we arrived after 11:00p and checked ourselves in/ made our own keys. The room was small but everything we expected. It took a long time for the air conditioner to cool the room, but it was impressive how quiet the room was. It had vey thick windows. As an airport hotel, a shuttle to the terminals would be extremely helpful. We had to pay €15-20 each way in taxi fare."
