"Asked for a ground floor and was told they had no availability. The 3 days we stayed I counted over 10 every day. .. I guess you gotta pay more money. Also was provided with 2 pillows 2 towels. The head board was all brittle and chipped away. Was put in a non smoking room, but there was cigarettes burns everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for. Also druggies galore. Seen 3 used needles in parking lot. Picture in advertising isn't what you get. Totally off. Spend the extra few bucks for something a lot nicer. Can't forget. I itched the whole time I slept in the king size bed. "

"Without question the filthiest hotel room I have ever stated. I got there late the first night and did not complain to anyone. I spent the night and figured they would clean the room the next day. No room service at all. If this review would let me post photos, I would be happy to show you. When I checked out needless to say, I complained and I received no refund. Disgusting hotel."

Also we really looked forward to a swim after an afternoon baseball game and went to swim but were told we could not because a private party was planned for that space. We feel a major amenity was denied us and that is very disappointing. "
