"This is actually my second review because I ended up staying at Henna Hotel twice during the same trip to Istanbul, and I felt they deserved another mention. "The location was excellent next to the historical sights. The breakfast was lovely. The rooms were very appointed and modern. Jem on the staff was helpful and the housekeeper was very good. However the other staff members were not very knowledgeable or pleased to willing to help. I would visit again, but I would not depend on tour advice or assistance past airport transfers. It’s a very nice hotel but could be great with more actual tour assistance."

Restaurant next door on 4th floor gives discount and is really nice with outdoor seating and nice views of sea. Highly recommend!"

"Wonderful little place, very quiet, quaint everything you need in a room with nice views and a wonderful breakfast buffet spread that you can eat on the rooftop if you want or down in the kitchen. Has a very bed and breakfast feel to it. Walking distance to the famous mosques and you have a secret tram, the T6, Cankurtaran stop, that you can take to get up to some of the bazaars on the North end."

Breakfast is also great. room was ok, but lack of maintenance, our shower door was broken and they left it like that, when we shower was a bit messy, the water went out to the dry area."

"The staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. They made everything very easy. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel's location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk to Aya Sophia and the Basilica, and about 10 minutes to Topkapi. The hotel is also two minutes walk from the tram station that gets you anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time."
