"Upon check in, staff gentleman was very nice. Getting to our room was a hassle and I was let down by the appearance and run down nature of the buildings. Does not look like photos at all. We had to park in the back and then walk a significant distance to our hotel room. The elevator was dirty sometimes the buttons did not work. Our room was musty, there was not enough lighting. Our bathroom did not have a fan. Again, the room did not look like the photos. The carpet seemed dirty, we wore shoes the whole time. In the photo it showed a vinyl flooring. Our door when shut had a crack in it that let outside air in and light. Not the safest feeling.The bedding was clean and bathroom was clean, so ultimately decided to stay. We only stayed one night. We didn't use the pool or try the breakfast so unable to comment. We asked staff for a late check out so we could sleep in a bit and they were able to accomodate us, which was nice. In the future I personally would not return. I don't believe the "very good" rating is accurate. It's more of "okay" by barely meeting the basic requirements. "

"This hotel was fine for what we needed— a quick overnight stay begore travel onward. The room was clean. Breakfast was fine. We appreciated transportation to and from the airport the most. Jamie our driver was very helpful!"

"Excellent staff, service, super clean, great pool and hot tub. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and excellent bar tenders. "

"Breakfast Buffet had an adequate array of food, property is outdated and in need of renovations and updating, bathroom floor was stained but not dirty, tub needed replacing, flooring and walls needed replacing, had wall paper in the bathroom. Aside from cosmetics the hotel was clean and the staff were all very pleasant and professional. I would stay here again. "
