"Breakfast is same everyday- we stayed 3 days. Also timing is 6-9 so it’s tough when on vacation. Should have until 10 am The room looks old, bathroom bath tub was little broken. I did not have a good experience with in room service- when we went there the bedcover has a spot and seemed like they did not clean it properly. The next day room cleaning did not clean the room and when we asked they just gave towels but did not clean bathroom or took trash bin out. The front desk staff were friendly. "

"I love this hotel! I had never been before and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Friendliest hotel staff and most helpful I had ever encountered. The rooms are clean and cute and its very close to a lot of activities. The pool area is great with jet ski rentals right next door. Will definitely return"

"Nothing really worked, 2 elevators were out of service, the snack machine, the ice machine. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Definitely not justified for the price. The staff was nice. The hotel just seemed run down and not well taken care of. Also 15 bucks for breakfast in the morning? You would think for the lack of everything they dont provide that should at least be included."

"When we checked in I had requested and paid for early check in; the representative didn’t believe me and was going to send us away. I was able to show her our receipt for payment for the early check in. The other issue was she didn’t tell us about how self parking worked? We ended up paying $42.00, because we didn’t get the information we needed. Also our room was open when we returned from our meeting; we left at 12:30 and returned around 12:30 am, the door was open ( meaning we could see into the room and we didn’t need our key card to get in), there was nothing missing I did call the phone desk unable to get through so I went down to them and informed them. I know there must be cameras so they could see what happened; they did offer to change our room it was so late we deferred at that time. I do appreciate the representative that helped me with that; thank you!!! But are arrival representative was not very welcoming or professional. "

"The shower had hot water consistently and the water pressure was great. Nice room, clean property. Restaurant was great, they have Starbucks on site and it opens early. Had a lovely stay :)"
