Always a great stay. The 2 bedroom and the studio units are well setup for a comfortable stay on the quiet end of the Broadwalk.

Exactly what I needed

Place was exactly what I needed. Close to the boardwalk and walking distance from the beach. Also provided a cooler and beach chairs, which was a plus. The host was easy to talk to and accommodating.

Excellent communication with the property manager. Property is clean and has pretty much anything you need, including beach chairs, beach towels. There's also a fully equipped kitchen. Vicky was very helpful with the parking situation since we had multiple cars. Excellent overall.

Loved the place everything super nice, clean. A smoke alarm was sounding and they were super kind to come help us out with it. The property is super spacious and definitely for 6 guests but not the bedding part for 6 guests. The sofa bed was not comfortable but other then that thumbs up and 5 stars for everything else!!!!

The property was good in general, as a recommendation I think outside ( backyards) has to be more clean but just as tip. Also the bedroom with the bunkbeds is to hot, need an AC for sure and has to check the water heater because shower water is cold In general terms, beside those recommendations, we have a very good time at this place Thanks

Decent but not amazing

This place is just one block from the beach. Vicky provided top notch service and was responsive by phone and text. The place was cute, well stocked and clean. Really nice bed, linens, pillows.towels and light block shades. Most of it is in working order/good shower. Being near the beach it’s musty smelling, the side of the fridge is rusty and Formica is peeling off in places. My lower rating is because while the unit was adequate, it was very pricey for not on the beach and zero amenities, still might have given a 4 if not for street construction that woke us up at 7:30 am after a late night. Rental rate should have reflected that street is under repair. Vicky said she did not know - but I’m sure the owner must have known.

hola buenas tardes mi familia y yo estuvimos en la casa las vacaciones fueron espectacular la pasamos super bien buena limpieza y muy agradable el lugar muy cerca de la playa solo una pequeña sugerencia nosotros alquilamos la casa mas grande q tiene 2 cuartos y el cuartico mas pequeño solo tenia 1 ventilador cuando cerramos la puerta habia mucho calor en esa habitación si hubiera un pequeño split ya seria fabuloso por lo demas todo estuvo muy agradable se los recomendamos gracias
