"Beautiful hotel is excellent location close to both the beach and old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was very clean nice area for evening relaxation. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but plenty of local restaurants available.. (Brunchit 5 mins away was the best I have ever had!)"

We stayed in a seaview room/half board Was brilliant.Great views great use of lounge with drinks and food throughout the day. I used the gym and was impressed with the flexibility of half board. El limone restaurant was great. Great breakfast as always. Pool guys very helpful and Isabella at breakfast very helpful. Great paella in beach restaurant - friendly older waiter good fun Flexible when leaving...

"The front desk staff is available only from 9a - 6p and the person we dealt with didn't speak Spanish or English very well. They tried to get us to use our phone translator. They ended up calling someone else to help us on the phone. There was only one power outlet in the room, which is poor for this day and age of cell phones, laptops and pads. Our cover blanket was not clean. We found small red dots on it that appeared to be blood. Location was good. No water or coffee was offered or made...

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei der vor allem der Service stark positiv hervorgehoben werden muss. Pool war ausreichend und die Aussicht der Hit. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen das macht das gesamte Resort aber wieder weg. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und vor allem die herzliche Art der Mitarbeiter war sehr angenehm. Wir würden als Familie wieder kommen und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen."

While the room was fine and the interior looked very much like the photo, (1) our sea view was obstructed in part by the view the roof of the restaurant, (2) the beach was directly in front of us but was completely inaccessible due to the trucks carrying sand across the entire stretch of the beach in front of the hotel and for a good half mile of the beach, which the front desk staff said is done every year around this time to fight erosion, (3)...
