"Very unique hotel, great location. Easy walk to all the restaurants/shopping/train station! We ate at Kings Cave, very cool setting and food was delicious! Live music such a huge bonus in the bar! What makes this hotel stand out is the staff, they are SUPERB!!"

"Every team member we encountered were all very kind, helpful., efficient and courteous which make us want to stay there again on our next visit in Zurich. Our room was always kept clean on our 4 nights stay , loved watching Lucy lights at night from our window which we slightly ajar intermittently for fresh air . The only negative was shower drain got so full quickly which we rectified by adjusting rain shower pressure not to overflow . Over all a great stay especially around Christmas time . "
