If you need a place to stay - it's nicer inside than outside. Its bare bones- but had plenty of hot water and the fridge and freezer worked well. THe staff on site were terrific!!! If you have bags and need them to be with you, there is not elevator. With a dog it is better to be on first floor.
Iis getting run down in the rooms, smells like strong perfume which is used to massk old smells. We were sneezing from the scent. Behind bathroom door hasnt been cleaned in a long time as theres a pile up of dust on the trim. Carpet is very old...but bed was comfortable. And price reflects the conditions. We did see the renovations being done on the other building.
The room was old, shower fixtures were rusty, floors were filthy left our feet black and dirty, people outside begging for money and drugs. Totally not worth the money. Very unhappy.

UPON AWAKENING , WE LOOKED AT THE ROOM CLOCK. WE GOT READY FOR BREAKFAST AND WENT TO THE BREAKFAST AREA. POLITELY WE WERE TOLD IT WAS NOT OPENED YET. ACCORDING TO THE ROOM CLOCK IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN OPEN. TO OUR MISFORTUNE WE SHOWED UP OND HOUR EARLY. THE ROOM CLOCK WAS NEVER SET BACK AS PART OF THE TIME CHANGE. WAS NOT HAPPEY CAMPER GETTING UP AT 4:00 THINKING IT WAS 5:00. PLEASE MAKE BETTER EFFORT TO CHANGE CLOCKS AT APPROPRIATE TIMES.

I apologize for the issues you experienced during you stay. Our hotel policy, which has more so become a standard in the hotel industry since the pandemic, is to offer housekeeping services every 3rd day of your stay. However we would also provide service if requested. This should have been communicated with you upon check-in, and I will retrain my front desk staff to ensure this is properly communicated with our guests upon check-in. Also, if you leave a Do Not Disturb sign on your door, we will leave a fresh set of towels outside of your door for your convenience. Please address issues like these directly with us so that we may resolve it for you immediately. Thank you for staying with us!
I only stay 1 night Since I passed by the state, and it was late. I like hotel staff friendly and helpful. The area looks good and safe. I would stay there again.
I liked how easy it was to make changes to the room temperature and fan sounds (helped hide vehicle highway sounds and train sounds), comfortable bed with 4 varieties of pillows (firm, medium, soft, and medium-firm)…Also liked the large selection of beautifully designed towels! Nice and helpful Staff!
The Best Western Inn has become a regular pit to stay in Florence. The hotel is very clean,and the staff (from the front desk personnel to the house keepers) are extremely courteous and friendly.
Convenient to I95, Ruby Tuesday within walking distance

J’ai réservé cet établissement parce que le site Expédia
affichait une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique.
Malheureusement il n’y à jamais eu de bornes à cet hôtel.
Je vais donc choisir un autre moteur de recherche à l’avenir.. Ce n’est pas la première fois que Expédia me déçois..

Always a problem traveling and looking for a handicapped accessible room. Was really happy to see one listed on the Best Western site as available. Room was good size, wheel chair for nicely. Bed was a little high but we are used to that. Bathroom worked well
The place is showing signs of age, not especially clean and
out of date. I don't mind all exterior room entries but then
there needs to be more amenities to offset. all in all a
tired and used to be good stay.
