"The hotel was listed as “in new” condition. The hotel had been renovated but only with vinyl flooring and paint, at least in my room. The bathroom door was warped and the panels were water damaged. The floor was buckling as well. I’m very disappointed in the parking personnel. I was traveling with a 75 and 81 year old and because I chose to self park and not use valet, I was required to off load my passengers and luggage across the street, a busy thoroughfare, in the hotel’s parking garage. They then had to walk which of course aggravated existing medical issues. On top of that, the valet has taken the premiere parking spaces and I had to park closer to the 5th floor which of course caused the walk to be that much worse for them. I wound up paying nearly $100 to park and was not offered any assistance. This hotel is considered in th luxe tier but it is not. This is the first time I have used a luxury hotel and was treated this way. "
