"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"Love this location! Exceptionally clean, modern designs, comfortable beds, you are able to watch Netflix, etc, amazing rooftop baths & you can do your dirty laundry (just don’t over pack the machines). Lovely staff that spoke English & very helpful. Do not love that the rooms are kinda small with little luggage storage space, & I didn’t like that the rooftop spa are strictly separated by gender & require nudity."

"Staff was very helpful from check in to check out. Rooms were smaller than what we're used to. It was just enough for our party of 3. Hallways could be cleaner, they leave the dirty linen carts by the elevators which I thought should've been kept more discreet. Elevators were slow. Looks like there were only 2 elevators both used by guests and staff alike. Location was great, close to train/subway stations, walking distance from a few convenience stores."
