Couldn’t really fault this hotel in any way! Staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. This property is excellent! Fifth visit for us and we will return. Staff are all amazing, the rooftop pool and bar are just gorgeous, breakfast is first class and rooms are beautiful. They went above and beyond on this visit as we took our son with us who has coeliac, the gluten free options they provided were brilliant. There’s only one thing you should be aware of and that is, because it’s a property right in the centre of the old town, some of the rooms have pretty awful views into neighbouring properties and where there’s quite a lot of building work/unsightly buildings and some balconies don’t see any sun all day/evening. But I guess that’s a small price to pay for the great location!

Check in was easy. Parking was off site, however, the hotel had a van which we followed to the parkade and there the fellow loaded up our luggage and brought us back to the hotel. Staff upon check in were excellent and very helpful in planning our activities around Faro. The hotel is modern but has a very warm and inviting feel to it. The hotel is extremely clean and the restaurant has a great menu with many delicious choices. The breakfast, which was included in our stay was great. Don’t miss it. We also received a free upgrade upon check in along with a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine that was brought to our room. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

I had a tiny bit of trouble finding the hotel at first since you have to park and walk over, but once I did… wow! This place is hands-down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious, and the jacuzzi was such a luxurious touch. Every detail is top-notch, and you can tell they really care about the guest experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
