Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis

"We absolutely loved staying here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious, the location was convenient. Just a block from the train, coffee shop and supermarket. Really close to Mall of America (it was out first time visiting Minneapolis, so it was a fun thing to do). The airport shuttle was also extremely helpful, they picked us up at the airport and it was just an 8 minute drive. And this morning they took us to the airport at 5:00 am. Excellent service! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the value was incomparable. The location is quiet and very nice, 15/10, fully recommend this hotel."

"Have been staying here for many years. This was the first time I was disappointed in the room/dirty and torn carpet; and disappointed in the food/dry, burnt lava cake cake, with no "lava". Lobby bar has shortened hours, so no place to eat unless you have a reservation in advance at the grille."

"The staff was courteous and helpful, responding to my questions. Looks like the room furnishings are well used, but nothing appeared broken. Only suggestion to improve bathroom safety is to install a non slip surface in the bathtubs, and grab bars for the shower."
