"The Ritz experience truly amazes you. From the moment you step in, the staffs all address you by your name, which is truly amazing. The staffs are always ready to serve, with much enthusiasm even though some of them were working the night before. It was truly an amazing stay, made special by the staffs. Kudos to Ritz. Will definitely return back in the future."
