"The room had few amenities but it was very comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the stand out feature was the outdoor pool. I had a lovely afternoon enjoying the impressive pool."

Arlo Washington DC
"Arrived after check in time, told my room wouldn’t be ready for quite some time. Got downgraded into a new room to get settled. The new room had A/C issues that are flat out embarrassing for an establishment of this stature. This was a horrible experience that was entirely at the fault of Arlo."
