The issue is the bad communication with expedia which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use expedia a gain and advice people to double check before they travel.

Der unterkunft entspricht gar nicht seine beschreibung in disem App. Personal des Hotels sagt, dass es Schuldigen von dem App ist. Und sie können nicht meine Buchung canceln. In die App war diese Funktion unmöglich. Ich habe da Geld und Zeit verbrachte, sie müssen erstattet werden.

Séjour très calme. Chambre magnifique, confortable et pratique. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Grand merci à la charmante dame de la réception qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Toutefois nous regrettons l'accès à la plage qui est impossible depuis l’intérieur de l’hôtel à cause de la clôture verrouillée par cadenas. Il faut quitter l'établissement pour profiter de la plage. Dommage qu'il n’existe pas de piscine intérieure alors qu'elle est mentionnée sur la fiche de réservation. Une erreur à corriger sur le descriptif de l'hôtel.

Good hotel for Tunesian standards

This hotel is good for Tunisian Standards, compared to other hotels, but it cannot be compared to other 4 star hotels (f.ex. in Europe). It is all rather old and worn out, but not broken - so that is ok in Tunesia. There are bars everywhere in this hotels, and in Tunesia, a bar also means noisy smoking rich Arabic people (Tunesian, Libian, Algerian) who come to spend a lot money there with their girlfriends. On Saturday evening the parking was completely full with such visitors who came to party, the security at the entrance let everybody in and out and in the morning our car was slightly damaged. The service at the hotel is below Tunesian Standards. We were not sufficiently and proactively informed at the reception and had to ask everything ourselves. The view and the location is excellent.

Englanninkielen taitoisia oli vaikea löytää. Juomaraha kyllä kelpasi hotellintyöntekijöille. Sänky ok, mutta peittoja ei ollut, vain viltti, mikä on aika yleistä Tunisiassa. Ilmastointi ei toiminut, siisteys ei vastaa tähtimäärää. Oma arvio on noin ** hotelli. Aamupala ihan hyvä! (Verrattuna Soussen hotelleihin, luokaton) Kaiken lisäksi varausnumeroamme ei meinannut millään löytyä koneelta ja tunnin odottelun jälkeen se löytyi. Juna asema lähellä, josta pääsee Tunisiin. Taxista maksoimme päivällä noin 15 dinaaria. (Mittarilla halvinta, jos suostuvat!)

Skuffet over at hotellet lå 20minutter unna sentrum med taxi. Kostet rundt 8 dinarer å kjøre inn til byen. Selve hotellet ligger ved stranden og er veldig fint. Ble overrasket da jeg fikk tildelt rommet og når jeg da skulle låse meg inn på rommet var rommet uryddet etter de som bodde der før. Jeg kunne ikke få et annet rom og måtte vente på at stuepikene var ferdig med å rydde og vaske rommet. Frokosten på hotellet var veldig bra. Prisen var også veldig ok, betalte 300kr/døgnet tror jeg for dobbeltrom med sjøutsikt

satisfait mais le standing ne vas pas avec les prestations annoncées trop de problème de propretée dans les chambres la robinetterie en mauvaise état mais l'ensemble du personnel charmant
