"Wi-Fi doesn’t work TV. It doesn’t work because there’s no Wi-Fi ,roaches in the bedrooms terrible so-called continental Breakfast , the only good thing about it is the cleaning lady her name is Fatma she was great , AC was working and a hot water was hot. That place should not be called. Hotel should be MOTEL not four stars for sure half star if that. The ministry of tourism of the Tunisian government are sleeping in the wheels. Expedia do some homework on those things please thank you."

"Terrible facilities, no safe no fridge no iron. I was put in a smoking room although booked non smoking then moved to non smoking. The new room had mosquitos as the AC was off and the bathroom window was open. The put one water bottle for double room and two adults. When i asked for water they charged me although I was checking out 4 days earlier than my booking and leaving without refund. And the bed sheets, the towls had marks. Breakfast was awful. Dont book it!"

"The internet didn't work, so I couldn't do the work I needed to do there. The room has no coffee maker or way to heat water to make tea or instant coffee. No hair dryer and someone came into the room and hid clothes in the cupboard that were sitting on a chair. Thankfully, I did not leave any valuables in the room. "Great location, staff were so helpful. We had trouble using Bolt and front desk lady, Oumayma, gave her number so she could call a cab for us everytime we needed one. Only thing is I wish they would put the AC on in the room before arrival so it is cool already. Had to wait 30 to 45 mins to get room somewhat cooled down. Eventually it was fine but after travelling all day, this one thing would have been a great touch."
