"Our deluxe room felt more like a bunker in the basement. Really not what we expected for the price. The bathroom in the room had no door, offering absolutely no privacy. To top things off, my partner suffered food poisoning. Avoid."

No fresh fruit at all apart from defrosted fruit berries with natural yogurt that tasted so cheap & bitter!!!! Didn’t attempt cooked breakfast but my partner did & left it due to tasting so bad !! We also had orange juice that was horrible due to being totally watered down !!!! Room was clean & comfortable & staff seen lovely ."
