"We booked in the Ali’i tower due to the location and the perk of a separate check-in desk (the line was loooong at the main check-in desk). "My stays at Hyatt was fine, but I was hoping they could do better. My bathtub shower felt unsafe and unstable, very wobbly and I could feel it every time I showered, especially travel with a little baby. I don’t feel too safe."
