A great place to stay in Everglades City. We stayed in a nice clean, comfortable suite with a kitchenette. Worked out perfectly.

I've read the reviews now after returning from 2 nights there. Some ring true (mostly the positive), some I didn't see. Anyway... Yes, quiet. No phones. Kitchenette was nice, no bugs, some basic plates etc. (Used the microwave/fridge/freezer) Ice machine was fine. BYOF - bring your own frills, or food. There's a 24/7 gas/food store just behind, decent/pricey restaurants nearby, and going anywhere is easy. Would have liked at least one live news (non-repetitive/packaged/looped) show among the many channels. But spent little time in the room. Easy stay, basic but serene and calm, clean and quiet and convenient.

Great facility, great people, area is remote. Flooding in streets around hotel. Gravel and dirt around hotel. The area is like an outpost. Not really a city. But a good place if you can't afford to stay in Marco Island.

The unit we stayed in was newly renovated and very clean. Beds very comfortable and desk staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was minimally equipped with plates, cups, utensils so you couldn’t cook but worked for take out pizza from Wildman which was amazing! Close to airboat rides too. There is a pool but we didn’t use it.

Stayed 2 nights. 1st night good, staff pleasant and facility clean. However, the noise from the maid service was excessive. Woke from the 2nd night and no hot water. Desk said their gas ran out and they were waiting on a gas’s truck with no idea when it would arrive. Asked if there was anywhere we could shower since we had a flight to catch. Could not accommodate or request and made no offer for any type compensation

We liked the lawn games and convenience to adventure snorkel tour. There were little things in our room that didn’t work like knobs to turn on lamps, hair dryer and no local or hotel information but minor and we were glad we stayed there.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved the pool area. Wish there was a restaurant/ breakfast option there but found places close by to eat. A/C worked great

This is a great place, handy and well-kept. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants. I will stay here over and over again. No question. Note for those who are handicapped or traveling with someone who is: Tell them when booking as it may limit your choice of room-type. Check-in is on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs. There is a ramp up to the suites. It is in the back of the hotel, off of a gravel parking lot.

Everything you Dream of is there! It was a wonderful stay! If you want your room cleaned you have to explicitly ask for it. It is written in the room, but if you do not see this, your room will stay as is. Toilettepaper can run low that way….

I liked the location close to stores and restaurants. The town itself is full of friendly people. A very pleasant stay. But i was upset because my Expedia app told me that the place i was staying had a lower rate than i paid. It seems i paid more because I booked ahead thru Expedia. Next time I won't book through Expedia and just go straight to the property. I was also unable to use my AAA discount.
