First time here and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Boutique hotel feel with individually decorated rooms. Very cute. “Everyone is a student” is their motto. Stay here, you’ll like it (except the $44 parking valet fee).

Changed room twice. Cockroaches in first room, was told they didnt have another room right then to change us to.
