"We booked lagoon view room for our 25yr wedding anniversary from Australia. When we arrived at the lodge, Our room had been sold to someone else and alternative room was given to us. Room wasnt good quality, was in the middle of gardens and right on the main walkway to laundry and carpark .. People passing windows all the time. We left after first night and went into another hotel. Requested refund for unused nights and will update if received ."

"Absolutely stunning jungle/ river property, lush and green. The large house is very spacious. It was comfortable in the July weather. Plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. Property is off grid so some issues with hot water that were rectified. We’re told we would have daily house keeping, which didn’t happen once, but we were ok with the washing machine. If we had asked, I’m sure it would have been provided. Accessing the tours and using the river was a highlight for our family. - no fly...

"This is an excellent resort for relaxing. We had a ocean front villa and loved it. It is worth the additional cost to be on the ocean as the second row does not have a view. ALso, it is fun to walk the long white sand beach at low tide and see all of the coral exposed and the fun aquatic life living in the pools. The staff was lovely, happy and helpful. "Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...
