Quirky, small hotel and beautiful valley

small town hotel, attentive staff, rooms are renovated, if not, a bit quirky. Abundant breakfast, well located, picturesque scenery.

We really liked this hotel because of the friendly staff, lovely room with a balcony, and the fantastic breakfast. There is also a super cool second floor patio which is available to all of the guests. We were hiking all day and didn't feel like going out to a restaurant, so we picked up some groceries across the street at the little convenience store and enjoyed our snacks while laying in the anti-gravity chairs and looking up at the stars. We stayed there for two nights, so we went to the restaurant across the street on our second night, which I think is owned by the same people, and had a very classy three course meal, including wine, for 25 euros each. As well, they had a free electric charge station in their parking area. Really a great Hotel.

Hotel bien comunicado, situado casi en el mismo centro, y con amplio aparcamiento con barrera al aire libre. Comida excelente y trato agradable. Como única pega, nos sorprendió el olor a tabaco que entraba en la habitación desde el pasillo. Según nos comentaron al quejarnos, se trataba de "un empleado del establecimiento y no podían enviarlo"...

La valoración del hotel puede ser buena, pero la organización y la experiencia no ha sido muy buena. Llegamos a las 12 pasadas de la noche y la llave de la habitación que nos dio era erronea y entramos en una habitación en la que habia gente durmiendo (imagina el susto de todos). Despues a esas horas no habia nadie en recepción y ya nos estabamos viendo durmiendo en el pasillo, hasta que alfinal vino una chica y nos dio la llave correcta.

Muy bien en general. Por encontar una pega, nos pareció tarde el check-in a las 16h sin podibilidad de poder adelantarlo. Además, hay una sola persona en la recepción por lo que es fácil que haya que hacer algo de cola. Por lo demás, habitación impecable y recién reformada. Desayuno muy correcto.

La estancia bastante bien, el desayuno muy completo y supongo que el personal al ser temporada baja había poco. La calefacción la encendían a partir de las 20 así que por la tarde hacia un poco de frío en la habitación

El hotel es un 2 estrellas, no esperen mas que eso. La habitacion con olor. En cuanto al desayuno variado, pero en nuestro caso terminamos siempre comiendo una tostada con queso y un muffin o croissant. En cuanto a los cuidados por COVID, en el desayuno un desastre, por mas que ponen guantes y alcohol en la entrada la gente se esta sirviendo el desayuno sin la mascarilla. Un verdadero desastre y solo habia una chica para reponer el desayuno y cuidar de que las personas respeten los protocolos. Lo ultimo que nos decepciono fue que hablamos para irnos una noche antes y nos dijeron que no habia drama, por lo que decidimos adelantar el autobus, y cuando vamos a pagar el hotel, nos dicen que nos van a cobrar media noche por la cancelacion. Jamas cuando les consultamos si podiamos irnos una noche antes nos informaron del costo. La verdad una verguenza.

Entiendo que tengan que controlar los costes, pero la atención en recepción es algo deficiente. La vinculación entre el hotel y el hostal produce confusión y descontrol a los clientes.

Tanto la ubicación del hotel, como el trato del personal excelentes, sobretodo el de Marta, que siempre tiene una sonrisa para ofrecerte. Sin duda volveremos. La habitación amplia y el baño sencillo y limpio. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Cena con platos típicos de la zona, al igual que el desayuno.
