The staff were friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and the hotel let us check in early, upgrade our room and leave our luggage in storage so we could enjoy our last day in Paris. Great location, wonderful staff, and our room was terrific—we did not expect a balcony; even in late December we loved being out there to see the neighborhood from above after a long day of enjoying all Paris has to offer.
