We arrived about 2 hours early and I went in to get a parking pass, check in is normally at 4 but they let us check in early without paying any extra (I didn’t even ask they just said we could). Rooms were clean, the pools were spotless and the staff were the best ever. ..."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t clean I found spider as soon as I walked in. The sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining properly. Found a bug next to microwave and I requested to move to another room and they gave another room."
