"They had boiled eggs. The gravy and biscuits were disgusting. There was one egg that had a torn part on the top. It was there all four mornings. The room was clean, but no maid service ever and couldn't guarantee you would get service if you requested it. We weren't even completely in our room and the manager just walked in to show us how to use the TV as if we couldn't manage. No pool even though it listed one. No smoking at all on any part of the property. Just not a good experience. It was creepy actually. "

"I did not stay the night. Upon check-in, it smelled horrible, and there were tons of shady people walking around. The parking lot was in poor condition. The guy told me he wouldn’t charge me because I didn’t even check in. He wanted me to pay him a cash deposit, but I just felt that was awkward when most places take your credit card. I’m thankful he didn’t make me stay and I shouldn’t be charged for this. "

"Check in went quickly and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with several options available. We used the pool and hot tub and the kids enjoyed both. It was a really good value for the price and I would stay there again if in the Springfield area. "
