Air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Shuttle service is also available, which makes getting to and from the airport easy. Overall, a great place to stay for comfort and convenience when traveling."

"The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed."

"This was my second time staying at the hotel. It was lovely. The staff were great, very friendly. The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was just a small pool this time, the heat and jets weren't working. The bar wasn't open, so we had to go to the lobby for drinks. Otherwise it was still a good stay, had lots of fun, and we were both very relaxed by the end of our stay. Big ups to the staff for dealing with me and my husband 🙏❤️"

"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

I have experienced competent hotel staff on many hotel stays; however, the stellar Front Desk staff, specifically Stefan and Quassie, were so impactful and helpful and assured that my time there was most pleasant.
