I had to call reception an hour and a half after check in to find out where my luggage was? The room was so small with no ventilation or air conditioning so we had to open the windows even though there were stickers on them advising us not to, we know now why that is the case as we are covered in bites! I could not even have a drink of tea in my room or my wife coffee as I asked for milk to be placed in room but it seems room service is not available for my standard of room. The towels were only changed once during the stay, I was offered a rate to use the spa facilities at the time of booking by email message when I turned up at the Waldhotel Spa to use it I was refused entry at that rate so then had to waste time dealing with reception to rectify the situation and go in. Only certain restaurants are open on certain days. Overall an overpriced stay in a hotel where the staff say no the every request.

Best of the Best

A marvelous resort in the most beautiful city in the world. It is heaven on earth. A delicious breakfast was included as well. One suggestion would be to have a more casual eatery and a place for grab and go food.

Hotel itself is amazing but the food service is terrible. For 3 mornings in a row I and people with me had to ask multiple times where our food was. 45 minute wait for scrambled eggs and not very busy. Same with dinner. Had to ask where a pizza was

Je n'ai pas de mots pour décrire l'arnaque et la publicité mensongère de cet hôtel. Il fait partie d’un gros resort, et contrairement a ce qui est dit sur la page, nous n’avons acces a aucun service! Pas de piscine, pas de salle de sport, tennis... L’hotel n’a pas d’accueil, de reception, les chambres sont petites et tres simples, bien que tres propres. La responsable de réception est d'une hypocrisie et d’une mauvaise foi sans nom quand je lui montrais ce qui avait été promis sur la page de l’hotel comparé a ce que nous avions reellement. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait, aucune excuse. Leur pratique commerciale est totalement honteuse et c’est scandaleux de la part d’hotel.com de continuer a promouvoir ce genre d’endroit malgré toutes les plaintes reçues.

Achtung: Alpine SPA kostet 260.- p.P. extra für 4h

Auf den Bildern bei den Hotels.com Angeboten werden Pool-Bilder gezeigt. Nach der Buchung heisst es auf der Bestätigung, dass für das alpine SPA 100.- pro Person Aufpreis verlangt werden. In Wirklichkeit wurde uns an der Reception mitgeteilt, dass der Eintritt für 4 Stunden pro Person HF 260.- kostet. Wir waren enttäuscht von den Fehlinformationen. Ich habe auch beim Online Check-in angegeben, dass ich meinen Geburtstag feiere, jedoch habe ich beim ganzen Aufenthalt nichts davon gemerkt, dass das Hotel das irgendwie registrierte. Wozu wird denn diese Position (Special Occasion) überhaupt von den Gästen abgefragt? Zimmer und Frühstück waren in Ordnung, Nachtessen im Waldhaus mässig.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön! Die Hotelanlage ist riesig, es gibt verschiedene Gebäude! Allerdings haben wir Probleme bei der Buchung gehabt! Wir hatten dieses Hotel wegen des Infinitypools gebucht. Freunde hatten uns dies empfohlen und wir hatten wegen dieses Pools das Hotel gewählt. Im Preis waren Wellness und 4 Pools inbegrifften- allderdings stimmt das so nicht! Der Infinitypool kann nur für 100.-pr Person und 24h zusätzlich gebucht werden! Die Poolfotos zu dem Angebot stimmen nicht!
