"The room was ok, location too, but the issue is that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which they didn't disclose before i booked the place, so expect a lot of noise, even before 7am. They should let you know this before you book the room, specially because it has been going on for months and looks like it will be a very long construction."

"We booked two rooms specifically because of the laundry option that was listed on the property details because Frankfurt was halfway through on our European vacation. After we checked in after a late train arrival we were told there was no laundry available onsite and there has never been any. Expedia attempted to get a discount or reimbursement from them on my behalf for the erroneous online listing but the property declined. "

"The hotel itself is great. The place is very clean and very well maintained. Same with the rooms. The staff is great, courteous and helpful. Very close to the train station and city tram. The area can be a bit sketchy. Just normal precautions. "
