Clean, new, good sized rooms, good breakfast included, perfect location - easy to get to all attractions in London and right next to Victoria station - big hub to get to/from airport and other trains. Staff was friendly and was able to get our room ready early after an overnight flight. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We had a few issues when we first arrived and these were taken care of very quickly and professionally. We didn’t have any problems after that. We arrived early and they gladly checked us in and allowed us to go to our room.
Mohammed in the restaurant was so incredibly amazing. He went out of his way to provide some of the best service we have ever had. Thank you! Chelsea and Kensington was an easy walk away, and Battersea train station was close too.
