"Uns hat an der Rezeption ein junger männlicher Manager empfangen. Er war sehr angenehm, freundlich und höflich. Wir durften früher in unser Zimmer einchecken. Da wir zum ersten Mal in dieser Stadt waren, haben wir sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen bekommen. Nach dem Check-out konnten wir unser Gepäck noch für ein paar Stunden im Hotel lassen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang."

"The breakfast was pretty good. It would be even better if they had fruits and some healthier food. But I am aware that this is too much to expect from a hotel at this price range. They did their best to serve me bread without glutein. The room was rather simple but it was clean and the view was awesome. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but If you are looking for a hotel with a reasonable price, right at the heart of Hamburg, you must put this one at the top of your list."
