"The facility was fine and clean. Pool was fine. But we were given one bath towel for 4 people. We traveled far and hit a ton of traffic and were exhausted when we arrived late. There was a knock on the door at 7:45 am and when I answered in my pajamas, it was an employee asking when we were leaving. I looked down at my pajamas and replied “not now” and laughed. She didn’t think it was funny and just said “ok”. I asked for more towels and she told us to call the front desk. I called the front desk. I went to make coffee and there were only decaf pods. So I threw on some clothes and went to the lobby to get coffee. While I was there I asked for the towels to save them the trip. I was told they were doing laundry and didn’t have any towels. I said “you expect all four of us in my room to use the same towels?” They then handed me two pool towels and said I couldn’t have more. Bizarre stay. "

"It was nice having a private entrance and short walk to our car. The room was generally nice and reasonably well equipped, but some of the items in the room were not in optimal repair. The heating system was not the best."

"The hotel is nice but for the price should include breakfast or something else. I also had noted that it was my wedding anniversary ; it would’ve been nice for them to include a card or something small to commemorate. It’s the thought that counts. "

"There were trash bags piled up in font of the room. Guests making noise yelling and cursing until - 4:00AM. Very surprised to see this was a Ramada. Will never stay again and advise our 1000's of clients that fly in annually to avoid this establishment."

"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has made me a DoubleTree fan if other locations are this clean and well-staffed."

"Everything about Wayside Inn is excellent. Joe is a gracious host. I recommend anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway from everyday bustle and hustle to check this place out. Joe: the breakfast was awesome quality ingredients and a well thought balanced meal. We will be back!!"
