"Beautiful hotel. Spacious, modern rooms. Elegant lobby. The food was good st the restaurant, though a bit pricey. There is a spa connected to the hotel and we enjoyed 2 hour Thai massages. They offer free shuttle to/from the airport and reached out ahead of arrival with instructions and meeting point. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Great value for the quality of this hotel. Would def stay here again!"

"This was genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The property was super top notch and very clean. the staff were some of the most polite and friendly people I’ve met in Bangkok. It was my birthday and they left me a surprise in my room. They accommodated us with getting transportation around Bangkok, storing our luggage when needed & there were so many great amenities at this hotel and I see myself going back to grand nikko again whenever I’m back in Bangkok. 100/10 amazing !"

"The location is really good and the place is clean. The building and rooms need some renovation but in the overall you get a good place for the price. The breakfast is fine but there are only 3 dishes you can order and it starts at 8 am, kind of late, so it was not really convenient for us since all tours depart around 7 am. "
