"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . "Value for money. Suitable for a stop over or a quick trip. The room was spacious and had plenty of plug sockets with a TV. But the toilet flush was broken and so was the shower head tube. Quick response from host when we had questions. Was a bit misled with parking as there is actually no on site parking, just street parking (most of which isn’t free)"

"Very helpful staff, easy parking by prior arrangements. 10 minutes walk from the old town of Salamanca. Very loud traffic noise for most of the night. There is nothing the hotel can do to resolve this. All other local hotels will suffer traffic noise. Continental breakfast was, at best, mediocre "
