Well situated, and not far from the historic Old Town of Salamanca. Safe ,secure parking and relatively quiet at night. Staff incredibly polite and friendly, room was a generous size for a double, ensuite had good quality toiletries and towels. Impeccably clean and well presented . Great value and would definitely stay here again.

Great location to explore Salamanca on foot from. Convenient secure parking at hotel. Close to the railway line and park and some noise from both at night with the windows open, but nothing that disturbed us.

Fantastic staff incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the center and all tourist attractions surrounding Salamanca. I was very impressed with my stay and more importantly will be back.

We discovered this hotel this summer and hope to make it our regular hotel in Salamanca. The location is ideal, off the beaten track but very walkable to the center of town. Clean, comfortable, quiet, courteous personnel and great breakfast!

Work from Salamunca

It’s close to downtown for exploring Salamanca only a short walk. I think this hotel is excellent Wifi and great to work from.

Great location, easy walk to everything. Parking was just across the street. Room was clean and spacious. The only con was there was no air-conditioning. We opened the window, which helped but had to close it around 2:00am due to the noise on the street below. Otherwise, this hotel is fabulous!

The hotel is spacious and immaculate. The hotel has easy parking and almost all of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Sadly, breakfast was poor. No attention to detail, limited places to sit becuase most tables had been used. I found a spot opposite a used place. Poor selection of hot food and it wasnt being topped up as it was running out.

Two nights stay

The room is large and beautiful, with a large balcony, but there is one drawback: the room is located next to the elevator (soundproofing is good, but you can still hear it). Upon check-in, one towel had an unpleasant smell (we did not contact the staff for a replacement), but all towels was replaced the next morning. Another unpleasant thing is that the entrance in the hotel is closed around 23:00, so if you will return later after a walk in Salamanca possible you should knock in door for opening. In the rest, the hotel is within walking distance of all the city sights, the staff is very friendly and everything looks professional.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and neat. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items. The parking garage is great just across the lobby. The only situation that we experienced was that the AC in the room was not working properly and the room was very warm. We woke up sweating several times during the night. The room did not have a temperature control panel. Besides the situation with the AC, everything was great. Hope the hotel can fix the AC situation in the rooms.
