"One Two Four Hotel & Spa was a wonderful surprise. Most places that tout their remodeling & renovations tend to exaggerate. One Two Four looks brand new throughout the hotel. Plus the improvements include LED lights, touch controls and motion detectors. "A wonderful hotel in Ghent with a quirky room set up (ours not for anyone with mobility issues since there are stairs) and truly exceptional service. We knew we were in for a treat from the minute we arrived and the receptionist walked us to our room, which had a waiting waffle. The staff was always smiling,warm and welcoming. "What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. The little kitchen was an absolute bonus and plenty of room to cook if you wanted to. Walkable to the centre and the dock area was an interesting walk too. Great pizza in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too. Parking was also easy and able to charge our car, even if it was expensive, it was convenient.
