"The staff were trying very hard to keep us comfortable, however there were some maintenance items such as the shower tap blowing off when you showered and the fact that you were in a non-smoking room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke."

"We got a great deal on Expedia and the Chateau Lacombe was a nicer hotel than we were expecting. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
