"Lovely property and stay. Staff were helpful when needed. I didn't use the facilities; bar and dining so cannot comment on that but everywhere was very clean. No air con but there are fans available if needed."

"When you hear the expression you get what you pay for this was this hotel! Nothing drastically wrong with it but it’s dated. Bathroom was very dated. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows lovely though. Our room (the best)was located in a converted bungalow over the road , on arrival i was handed rhe keys and told its over there!! "Many years ago, my wife and I had meals here when we lived in St Neots which were much enjoyed, but given we moved away from the area, it's been a long time. My daughter lives in St Neots again now and I needed a place to stay overnight. Having used Premier Inns generally, if the price was right, I decided to book, but was astounded to find they wanted £150 for a Tuesday night! I had noticed the extention on the Eaton Oak many times, and managed to get a room at a very reasonable price of £84...

"I stayed here with my son. Room was really hot and therefore very uncomfortable. Fan supplied was very poor. We couldn't find the bar and couldn't gain access to the vending machines in the other building. Spent a sleepless night with no drinks. Couldn't voice our issues in morning as no one in reception."

"For a country pub, the room was very well equipped with comfy bed, excellent shower and everything I could need. Food delicious, Staff helpful and breakfast waitress in particular was friendly and caring."
