"Unfortunately a very bad experience. The shower wasn't cleaned, there was a super dirty shirt stuffed between the bed and side table, the power went out for several hours, and the thermostat didn't work. At check out I tried explaining this to the employee but was mostly brushed off. I've been going to San Jose for years but will likely be using a competitor going forward."

"Clean room and friendly staff but out of 4 people, one one keycard worked for the door, And halfway through our stay even that one stopped working. The breakfast kitchen was closed by the health department which is a red flag too"

"We always have a great stay here, When coming into the area it’s our 1st choice. Very quiet in the room and clean. The housekeeping staff are always nice and accommodating and the staff at the front desk check in. The manager and Lily front desk of the hotel is super accommodating if wanting a specific room and all desk staff have been wonderful. Breakfast is good, And location is great with Pruneyard around the corner and downtown Campbell. So much walking distance and walking paths to parks. We will definitely come back. "I needed a clean room for one night, it worked. Check in was quick. The hotel is very dated, not a problem, but "patch work" on repairs shows. Also, a strong odor, possibly cleaning product. "
