le logement était superbe et le lieu également. Mais alors la gestion du lieu est CATASTROPHIQUE ! Personne entre 21h et 07h. En plus si vous arrivez dans la nuit comme nous ben je ne vous souhaite pas notre mésaventure! Aucune clef dispo pour nous, un numero d « urgence » dont l’interlocuteur est un IMMENSE INCOMPÉTENT ! Il nous a dit que si nous dormions dehors malgré notre réservation, c était notre problème, pas le sien et qu il ne ferai rien pour nous. On a du payer une nuit d hôtel...

What would be called the 'norm' at Van Der Valk hotels could be easily regarded as luxury in the UK except at realistic, affordable and value for money prices. This property feels a flagship."
"Flott og moderne. Litt lytt da det ikke er lukke muligheter, men det er jo en studioleilighet. Greit kjøkken men mitt lite bestikk mv. da vi var 5 personer. Men ble løst med påfyll fra personal. Fin plass og greit utgangspunkt for turer til Eindhoven, Efteling, over grensen til Belgia mv."
"A lovely 3 night stay, short 30min walk into the City. Our 3 bed room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had tea/coffee facilities and kettle. Large shower room with powerful shower. Very quiet location and quiet rooms. "
"Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters.
A couple things I did not like:
I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up.
Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. This man...
