Good: Location, Secure Parking, Food, Staff, late check-in. Bad: I've never stayed in a room at a Bastion Hotel with such lack of attention to detail on the cleaning. The towels were soiled. There was food residue on the desk and chair. The bed had hair in it. The bathroom had hair everywhere. The shower had hair everywhere. The walls had hair attached. It was as if a sasquatch had stayed in the room prior and every vacuum cleaner in the city was unavailable. Not small hairs; long, very visible, in quantity sufficient to notice even in the low lighting conditions.

Good & convenient location, if you prefer to be out of the city center. Easy to park. Nice and friendly staff. Mattress was too soft. It gave me a backache after a stay of 4 nights.

Business stay eindhoven outskirts

If you have work on outskirts of eindhoven. This is right on the highway. Good alternative to van der walk which is right across the road but 30% costlier Bastion has big comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. Food was good at the restaurant. Speed of service could have been better Warm staff !

Very nice hotel conveniently located near Eindhoven. Room was clean. spacious, with amenities, nice seating and comfortable bed. Work space was limited due to curved cut making it transition from adequate to very narrow. Lots of security. Have to use key card to operate the elevator, to open the hallway door as well as your room door. The place is like a fortress with a fence surrounding the property. You cannot walk onto the lot as the walkway gate is locked. The gate to the parking lot is a challenge. The stanchion with the button is not reachable from your car meaning you have to get out and walk to press the button. The gate is closed at night and you must wait for the staff to release the gate. Overall a nice stay and I recommended this hotel.
