"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had been redone at some point and was nice. There was a slight problem with our room before we got there, but the staff had it all worked out before we arrived. It was also right on the bus route which was convenient."

"The Abbotsford guest house was run down and in need of renovations. Did not know before I booked I would be sharing a shower and toilet with the whole floor. Very uncomfortable! There was also no breakfast available. It said it was being remodeled. I actually never saw a host on my visit. The location was good, but the lodging was poor."

"Das Zimmer und Haus waren sehr sauber, der Hausherr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut für Unternehmungen in Edinburgh, Parkplatz war während unseres Aufenthaltes vorhanden. Minuspunkte gebe ich weil die Matratze fpr mich zu hart war, kein normaler Kopfpolster sondern ein flaches Kissen das .Irgendwann Nackenschmerzen bescherte. Der Boden, ja ich weiß ist alt, aber knirscht bei jedem Schritt, extrem im Badezimmer und sogar in der Dusche. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, ich sag mal...

"It was very confusing checking in, make sure you try to message the host and check the pdf they sent you before check in. I don't like that they make you and all your guests scan your passport in to check in. Best part of our room was that we had a back entrance that led to parking. We were in room 25. At first glance the to appeared clean but the covers on the beds had remnants from the previous guests like hair and lint. The bathroom had pink mold build up in the shower head and mold on the...

"Great place for an overnight stay or two. Easy to find ample parking either on street or to the rear of the property. Great little place, decent clean and well kept. Room was comfortable and slept well. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and easy check in and out."
