"The apartment was lovely and in a great spot in Dubrovnik old town. Getting in was easy with a door code supplied and the apartment key left in the lobby. The bed was big and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. There was plenty of space to store clothes and other items. In the bathroom the shower worked well and the water was hot, although the shower drain did smell a bit at times. Overall, a great place to stay, thank you. "

"Excellent location right inside the old city. Easy walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, bars and more. Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing. Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. John...

"We enjoyed your stay at Kompas. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite, and we lived the high life for two days. It's very walkable, with plenty of restaurant and bars within walking distance, as well as the beach and the seaside promenade trail. The breakfast/dining area could benefit from a bit of a makeover to make a little more quaint and less cafeteria-style. Coffee in the morning is also a bit light, and not very hot. They could benefit from having those hightech self-serve...

"The 3 bedrooms apartment is very large and huge terrace. There is everything I want. The location is good, not too far from the old town, can take bus or uber. There are a supermarket and restaurants on the ground floor. Staff is very nice."

"The room was beautiful. We loved the area it was in as it was so convenient to get to the pile gate and then walk to all the restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Dubrovnik again! "
