Excellent value for money

Great location and superb hosts. Excellent size, clean with welcome drink and snacks provided. Their restaurant located at the entrance to accomodation has some great food.

Great location

These rooms are all about location as they are located on a side street in Dubrovnik's old town. So you spend little time enjoying what Dubrovnik has to offer. The rooms are pretty basic but met all of our needs. Katarina was very friendly.

Katja was a lovely host. The room was basic but spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and shower good. Great full sized fridge. Great location and fantastic location in a very expensive city. Highly recommended.

Katia’s rooms are conveniently located in the old town of Dubrovnik, which makes it so easy to get to know the city! You have everything nearby. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is great in this time of the year. Katarina and her husband were so kind!

Great location

Katja was a very kind and welcoming host. The room was clean with a mini fridge. The location is so convenient.. right off the Stradun. The room is on the 3rd floor so you have to carry your luggage up several narrow flights of stairs.

In the middle of old town, the room was spacious with a double bed and bathroom. A fridge was provided as well as a microwave and kettle with coffee and tea in the next room. Noting this is on the second level of the property so you do need to navigate the stairs with your luggage.

Great location, loved being in the old town but in a more quiet street, meaning good night sleep. A couple of minutes away from Pile gate where you can take a bus towards bus station or port in less than 20 min for excursions. Room was simply furnished but with everything you need, modern bathroom, fridge and storage space. Katja is really sweet and available if you need anything.

Lovely stay in old town

The room was perfect for what we needed. For the price it was a winner as the location is only a second walk away from the Main Street in Dubrovnik Old Town. However, its location is nestled in a little side street so you don’t get here too much noise from the Main Street! Our room was just a simple room with 2 single beds. It is above a family home/ restaurant so you have to walk up a little stair case past there apartment to get to your room. There was a shared kettle and microwave which we didn’t make use of ( on the shared landing) and a fridge inside our room. The small shower room was perfect, the shower was great - good water pressure. The air con could have been a little better - but we were staying on 2 of the hottest nights of the year so that could be the reason why! The landing at the top of the stairs is also shared with the other rented out room in this apartment so we heard a little noise from the other guests and the landing light wasn’t turned off at night so that slightly disturbed us as it meant the room wasn’t completely dark ( the room door has frosted glass).

Great location

Wonderful stay in this property. Just off the Stradun, and not too many stairs to climb. Quiet room and nice AC. We rested well during our stay here. Recommended!

Awesome place. Great location, great room. Good bed and a nice and clean bathroom. The couple who owns it are very nice and helpful. I ended up staying and extra night. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Awful

It is an old room above a restaurant. You have to manage to get through a small entrance & then up the stairs crowded with boxes & bottles. The bed was rock hard & the pillows even worse. Apart from a bottom sheet on the double bed, the only other bedding I was given was a frayed old single sheet & a smelly old blanket. I GOT NO SLEEP. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE.

The host was very rude and unresponsive. There were bugs in the room and the other room had bed bugs which could easily be brought in to the our room. She completely dismissed the concern that was brought to her attention about the bugs. On our last night she yelled at my friend and I for being outside and taking pictures. She then called us bad people and threatened to kick us out. Out of so many places I have stayed at, this was one of the worst!

Good location

The hostess Katja is so sweet and helpful. The rooms are in the very middle of Dubrovnik stari grad. Tv, wi-fi, fridge, and microwave oven provided. Would stay there again.

Quiet room in Old Town

Just 3 streets away from the old fountain and Pile Gate, this room is part of a house that you'll stay in with Katja. She's the owner and very friendly, along with her 2 street cats that come and go. It might be a little tough to find, but the street name is on the left side of the wall as you look west. Then just match the door photo and the number 2, hit the door bells, and she'll buzz you in. The room had a coffee table, mini fridge, tall closet, and two chairs, with an area rug, and updated floor tile. The ceiling light can be turned to adjusted and the ac worked great! The wifi is super strong, and the bathroom is just big enough. The water pressure is good, but beware, the heat goes fast. The mattress needs to be replaced because it tilts at a severe angle.
