So glad we chose this hotel.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was amazing, the hotel and the rooms were very clean, it is downtown; close to shopping, restaurants, old Dubai, and the Creek. I believe we received a better feel for the people and the culture of Dubai by staying here and ride sharing to the newer areas. I would definitely stay here again.

2nd stay at The Majestic Premier Hotel located in Bur Dubai. Still have one thing which could be improved and that is a reduction in the level of noise coming from the night clubs in the hotel.

Right place to stay for a tour around DUBAI

This hotel stay was very good in all aspects. Everything was almost near by distance 30-40 minute drive. Shopping malls, restaurants, etc. The staff were very helpful. Commendable service by Mr. Alex and the team.

Absolutely will return again!

It was truly splendid! From the greetings through main entrance, early check-in to the baggage carrying service, everything was just perfect. They serves us with true hearts which you can easily feel it. It was too good that tremendously exceeded our expectation at all.

There is a night club which played loud music until 3:30 am and then noise of moving tables and chairs until 5 am, my room was 111 and can feel every noise in the walls and room, impossible to sleep, there is nothing hotel reception can do. Very disappointed, not returning or recommending.

Came back because staff are so friendly. Daniel in the pool area/gym is a lovely friendly chap - always made us feel welcome. Front desk couldn't do more for us - really polite and well run. Only thing to improve please is TV channels! Can we get a few more English/movie channels! I'll be back!

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms cleaned very well except some equipment such as phone, bidet and fridge were either leaking little water or phone was not working and one of the usb ports not functioning. Cannot make collect calls from the hotel. Otherwise very nice stay.

Well-positioned hotel

Well-positioned hotel in Bur Dubai (the old town). 7 Mins walk from the Burjuman Shopping Centre and Metro Interchange. Room was well-appointed but looking a bit tired, particularly the bathroom which needs all the old silicone sealant removing and replaced by some new sealant but using masking tape to ensure a clean line. Bar is a bit pricey - £10 for a pint and £10 for a glass of wine. However, there is an African & Eastern Store 3 mins walk from the hotel where you can stock-up on alcohol at very reasonable prices. You have to take your passport with you and can only drink it in your hotel room. There is a fridge in the room, Breakfast is really aimed at the Indian/Pakistani clientele but if you are prepared to try something different then it is quite filling and tasty, Anyway, who goes to the middle east and expects a fry-up? There are some western dishes but this is really just chicken sausages and beef bacon (honestly). Omelettes, scrambled eggs and baked beans are always available.

Wont stay with any Sheraton anymore, disappointed

The Hotel was fine, but disappointing process. In my experience when anyone checks in to a hotel most hotel around the world including Sheraton will scan a copy of your credit card or any room service charges etc. This hotel didn't. Later when I ordered room service and requested this be charged to the room they did so , however next day when We left the room and returned we were locked out of our room ,we were asked to pay for the bill or pay a deposit for the room service. Sounds like these guys don't trust this customers. Specially when some one is staying with the hotel for so long and a long standing Sheraton customer around the world Also the fridge for the mini bar empty, specially when the add mentioned it has a mini bar in the room. I don't think I wont be staying the any Sheraton any more, very disappointed.

In the description it said property is located within minutes to Burj Khalifa, but it always took us around 20-30 minutes to get there. Not walkable. You can only walk to the Grand Souk. Is wasn’t mentioned that this is mostly Indian neighborhoods, 99% of guests at the hotel were from India, so the food selection at breakfast was catered to their taste. It was almost nothing to eat for us. The water from the faucet smelled horrible. In the shower it was hard to adjust the temperature of the water, it was mostly impossible hot. The bed was comfortable and hotel is very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Great staff but the club noise was really bad

Have no complaints about the staff especially Jonathan who was extremely helpful. I did have an issue being put in a room at check in that was not properly sound proofed as the club music was thumping through the walls till 4am every night. I complained to the night manager but the music just got louder. The staff’s attentiveness [especially the day staff] was the saving grace. I can't imagine I am the only one who complained about the noise but I just decided to bear it for three nights. Jonathan did tell me I should have talked to him and he would have moved me immediately.

Nice Place - Not Nice NOISE…

If you stay here, make sure you get a room HIGH UP, away from the Thumping, Throbbing, Bone Pulsing sound of the Loud music from the club coming through and vibrating the the walls and floor. After a long flight during a too-long layover I could NOT sleep due to the noise. What made this unnerving is the desk said they ‘Upgraded’ me… but the room was almost directly above the club….! All good, but then at 10 o’clock Obnoxious sound started and continued until 4:30am. I should have complained and demanded a different room, but instead just put in earplugs with my head buried in pillows (worked about 40%). Just be forewarned. Otherwise a decent place, just demand a QUIET room…
