Jumeirah Living Marina Gate exceeded all of our expectations. First time in Dubai and I had never heard about them until I booked, but all of the reviews were great. Also the daily breakfast and staff were excellent. Could not have asked for anything better. Only "issue" I could think of was the pool was down for maintenance, but they opened up the pools in the adjoining buildings, which worked out great.

My jewellery was stolen
The stay was great, the rooms are spacious and staff is very nice. However, I forgot my jewellery the day we were checking out i left it in the wardrobe to wear and i contacted the hotel after fromt he airport when i remembered but they claimed to have not found it. Extremelly disappointed as the jewellery was left there and my husband is my witness, as he asked me why is it in the wardrobe and i said '' i will put it on today when we leave''. I am upset that it was not investigated and resolved, for that reason we will not stay there again. This was not a very expensive jewellery , only from Cavalli, but was special to me

Great base for our trip
Great location, apartment was very spacious and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was small but was well equipped, would stay here again.

First of i would like to thank suzie at the reception disk, she took our stay with them to a higher level when she gave us an upgrade, and nazir from the service team. The hotel have an e-butler through whatsapp which makes you stay easier.

Fabulous!
Absolutely amazing! The 2 bedroom apartment with marina view was better than we could have ever imagined! Beautifully decorated with a huge balcony overlooking the marina. The restaurant served excellent food, the pool was warm and all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely visit again next year!

Everything was great. Great location, very clean and the view from the pool was amazing. The breakfast could have been more varied ( same food everyday) Also, if you like sunbathing, the pool doesn’t have a great position, as there is no sun until 12 noon because of the other buildings around. Overall, great experience

Great choice around Marina Harbour.
Hotel is located at nice location next to marina. Front and overall staff was very accommodating. Their apartments are huge, clean and comfortable and comes fully equipped with all the basic things. I was already upgraded to a bigger room even before I arrived at the hotel. Breakfast was decent and standard not too much variety. Pool is nice along with a hot water jacuzzi which my kids enjoyed a lot. We were celebrating my daughters birthday the hotel decor the room with cake, balloons and chocolate covered strawberries which was a great gesture. Pharmacy, supermarket right next to the hotel.

Fantastic Hotel. Everything is new, heard they opened September 2020. The rooms are spacious and the internet is super fast. Service is excellent and the location is perfect for us to wander off on the marina, there is no fault to be honest, you get what you pay for. So good, I extended my stay for another 7 days and cancelled another booking I had elsewhere.

Nice Hotel, good rooms
Room is impecable, towels are baby soft, bed and bed linen are super comfy. It takes 10 rings to reach the operator, if even possible. Private Dining order taker was knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Check-in was taking time, but I guess some staff is still in training. Location is a drama, getting out of this area might take 15 mins for no reason due to the tram blocking off all traffic.
