There is a good selection of restaurants with various dining options available. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and are dedicated to ensuring your stay is enjoyable. I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also.

Perfect Staycation

My family and kids loved it especially the Just splash water park and the peacocks on the site. Cherry on the Cake is that the resort upgraded me for free. Overall very enjoyable stay. We will visit this hotel again.

Great hotel

A great hotel with lots of opportunities for kids and adults. They have heated pools witch is nice in March and when the sea is a bit too cold for kids. The location is a bit far from everything. But its recommendable for sure..

A beautiful hotel with a choice of excellent restaurants. Lovely beach, only a little spoiled by the view onto the new palm construction site. Apart from a pleasant attendant from Nepal the beach attendants outside rooms 170 to 180 would do well smiling a bit more.

Great for families

It's been a while since my family stayed at Palm Tree court and they've made some renovations which improved the resort. There are several new activities, including a splash park, an improved mini-golf, and an aviary. There's also a new pool. The rooms are spacious and comfy with the much-welcomed peacock visits at the terrace. Since it's only a 10-min drive from Dubai Marina, i highly recommend this for family staycations as there's a lot to keep the kids busy and yet it feels remote enough to feel like a holiday.

Great resort that could be managed better

I had a good stay in the resort. The area of the resort is really large and features a nice garden with a small river. So a nice place and you can walk around between different pools and restaurants. Activities are abundant. Excellent WiFi. Overall much better than staying in floor 12 in some standard high rise building. The restaurants are an expensive with a cost of around 10 EUR for a beer and lunch is at around 20 EUR for a burger. Service is OK. A bit slow but everyone is friendly. I had to kill some (5) bad insects in my room the last two days so that definitely made the stay a bit challenging - and to ensure no bugs came into my luggage’s that I brought back home… The rooms at palm tree court are a bit dated and in need of renovation. They are however quite large. Overall I would say the resort is a 5 star establishment priced as 5 star establishment executing most activities and services at a 4 star level.

The staff were great and always there to help. The watersports staff were especially helpful, fun and took the time to make it an easy and memorable experience! Few changes could make this an amazing resort. There is no convenient spot to just stop at anytime to have a snack or drink. There are time frames in which to do so and are not convenient, a hassle to be honest. It is far away from any excursions or attractions so unless you only want to stay on a resort I’d go elsewhere as it’s costly! Getting a buggy takes too long if they even come at all. Food was great when you can get it at the scheduled time frames. Overall ok as a resort but it’s not convenient and I didn’t feel it was organized well. Huge shoutout to the water sports staff. They were brilliant!

Great relaxing stay

Great resort with lots to do. The gym at the sports centre was fantastic although a little annoying sometimes that the visiting football teams have block booked the whole gym for a couple of hours on some days. There are numerous pools across all 3 hotels to use depending on your preference. The Lake View Hotel is the newest hotel but is situated 20mins walk away or 5 min shuttle buggy from the other two hotels on the resort. There are numerous restaurants to eat at, i would recommend going for All Inclusive Plus so you dont have to worry about the cost of food and drink as it can be expensive otherwise. The AI plan covers for all restaurants in all 3 hotels apart from the Indian restaurant where they give you an allowance towards the bill, well worth the money still. The only downsides: Drifting track next door to the resort is very noisy and if the wind is blowing your direction the smell of rubber and dust is quite bad, especially at the weekends when its most busy. The beach is lovely and sandy however there is a view of the construction of the Jebel Ali Palm straight ahead and to the right the Industrial Zone Port therefore not exactly a scenic view however it didnt bother us too much as the sun wasn't out to sea so you're not really facing out to the sea. The resort is located outside of Dubai and takes a good 30 mins to transfer from DXB airport. The resort does have a free shuttle bus service to the malls every day but there's nothing in walking distance.
