This is a business hotel, located in CBD. Room is good and clean. Staff is good. But I don't like the location as it is quiet, not much options for dining nearby and a bit far from everywhere.

Very comfortable stay and everything was pretty simple, clean & efficient with professional service. One small suggestion would be to have a better range of ales available at the Hyp bar as it was just lager, with no ipa, amber nor stout.

It’s within walking distance to Dubai World Trade Center. But it’s safe and quiet. We are able to walk to World Trade Center Metro to take metro trains.

Good potential but…

Good location and nice building not too far from the wtc metro station.. the room is small but comfortable… the gym is nice, well equipped… the breakfast is poor in term of quality and variety… not suitable for European standard.. quite disappointing… my expectations were higher..

Good hotel located within 15 minutes of the airport. Nearby metro station approx less than 10 mins walk. A few supermarkets nearby also for groceries/ basic amenities. I had a couple of issues in my stay which were fixed upon reporting.

The night manager and his team were excellent. Upgraded me to a bigger suite. Provided us with all the help we needed. Hotel is very central, very clean and has a coffee shop and a 24 hour restaurant on site.

A great nice & clean hotel with very helpful staff. If u go there in summer, ur only means of transp6is a car. In the hot weather of Dubai, walking to the closest metro station is a punishment

My stay at Courtyard by Marriot WTC Dubai

I was rather disappointed by the hotel - though the location is good, the property itself is small and the hotel has only 8 floors. There are no great views around. The rooftop view is good. The pool is 1.4 meter deep and not child friendly. The staff are good and helpful. The bathroom door was not smooth and when I checked in, the handwash bottle was out of handwash liquid and I had to ask for it. The room were pricey for the comfort offered (maybe due to location and year-end demand) but I got a better hotel at al most half the rate in Sharjah.

The property is good and the location is easy to travel to most places. It is a short walk to a popular food strip if you are adventurous. The room we had was not great! We could hear both neighbors, especially when they go to the bathrooms. The view was of a car park and developing site next door. The doors seemed to slam all day long and most of the nights, so sleep was disturbed constantly. The bathroom didn't have an extraction fan so held the moisture. No international channels on the tv when we had some time to relax.

Room cleaning staff was so amazing. He is the best at this hotel. But laundry service was the worst ever. Every clothes were made dirtier by someone. Almost restaurant staff were good, but a staff, he lost my order and almost customer’s order. Everyone got upset.
