This was our fourth stay with Centara Mirage Dubai and we loved it. However, it was an extremely busy time and we found the service to be a little slower and not as good as previous years, especially at breakfast. I asked for milk and it did not arrive, plates not cleared on time etc. There also does not seem to be a reward system for returning guests which is a shame. We loved the hotel, amenities are amazing especially the pools.

I had an amazing stay at Centara Hotel in Dubai! The place is absolutely spotless, with rooms that are perfectly clean and well-maintained. The food was outstanding—every meal was delicious and full of flavor. The pools were fantastic, and the beach was beautiful. The lazy river was an incredible feature that made the stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is very family-friendly, offering plenty of activities for everyone. Room was lovely and big, clean and comfortable. Staff were really lovely and attentive. The hotel is excellent for families, there is so much to keep the children amused. The only downside is All-inclusive isnt necessarily all inclusive. Unless you are Premium All Inclusive then there are certain things that you arent allowed. So when booking make sure you are aware of this. Also the steak restaurant get booked up very early, so if you want to eat at the steak restaurant book it as soon as you can. The main pool is in the shade quite a lot of the time too, but the beach is huge and really nice to stay on. Other than those few things the hotel was really good and so many things for the children to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.
